Frames and skeleton

Arguably the unique use of aluminium as the form for cladding gives these designs the advantage over conventional methods.

Aluminium tubes . . . square and round are connected by special castings and riveting to produce a small paneled foundation for the cladding.

The result is extreme lightness and rigidity. Look closely in the galleries and you will see that the frames are alloy and marine ply.

The result is a boat much larger inside and with plenty of places to build from.

Just like an aircraft . . .
